The Founder
Alex Wigzell
Alex founded JABA in 2021 after a decade of leading talent functions within global hedge funds. He was previously part of the talent function at Citadel, working with the Co-CIO of the asset management business across London, Chicago and New York, and before that Chief Talent Officer at Engineers Gate, where he built the global talent strategy for an early stage hedge fund.
He now splits his time between executive search, leadership coaching and strategic advisory, partnering with high performing organisations and the people within them to solve talent problems and unlock growth.
